They represent intuition and are considered enigmatic creatures and was chosen as the sixth animal of the zodiac due to the Emperor of Jade.

The legend tells that the emperor was organizing a party and stated that whoever arrived first would take a place in the Chinese zodiac.

The Snake and the Dragon arrived at the same time, but unfortunately, due to the difference in size, the Jade Emperor first saw the Dragon and then the Snake.

The Snake is associated with hours between nine and eleven in the morning.
